Track Your Order

Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it is dispatched. Here is how to find it, and what to do when it is not telling you much.

Three ways to check

  1. Your shipping confirmation email. This is the quickest route. Search your inbox for EVERHAUS — including the spam and promotions folders — and open the most recent message. The tracking link is in it.
  2. Your order status page. The link at the bottom of your order confirmation email always shows the current state of that order. It does not require a password.
  3. Your account. If you created one at checkout, sign in and open Orders.

Reading the tracking

Tracking numbers are issued when the parcel is labeled, which is usually before it physically moves. A number that shows no movement for the first day or two normally means the parcel is waiting to be collected, not that something has gone wrong.

Parcels crossing a border typically go quiet while they clear customs and then reappear with the local carrier. This gap is normal and is the stage we have least visibility into.

If you think something is wrong

Email everhausco@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it from our side. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The last status the tracking showed, and the date
  • Whether anyone else at your address might have taken the parcel in

If a parcel is genuinely lost, we deal with it — you do not have to argue with the carrier yourself.

Changed your address?

Email us straight away. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually change it. Once it has shipped, the address is fixed and the parcel has to complete its journey before it can be redirected or returned.
