Practical goods for everyday life
Things that fix small annoyances.
Every home has a handful of daily irritations nobody ever gets round to solving. We find the object that solves one of them properly, use it ourselves, and only then put it here.
Departments
Organised by where you use it.
Not by category, and not by whatever happened to be cheap. If a thing does not belong in a room or a routine, it does not belong here.
How we choose
Three rules, applied before anything reaches the shop.
We buy a sample of everything we seriously consider and live with it for a while. Most things do not survive that. The ones that do end up here, and we tell you plainly what they are for.
It solves one thing well
If a product needs a paragraph to explain what it does, it is the wrong product. We look for objects you understand by looking at them.
It survives being used
We order a sample, live with it, and reject it if it feels disposable. Most things do not make it past this.
It is honest about what it is
No miracle claims. A drawer divider is a drawer divider. We would rather undersell a good object than oversell a mediocre one.
